Most feature issues are resolved by checking Contacts or Photos access.

Check Photos permission in Settings. If you selected limited access, Khadamat can only work with the photos you allowed iOS to share with the app.

Confirm Contacts access, close Khadamat, reopen it, then retry the service. If access was recently changed, reopening the app helps refresh the permission state.

Khadamat analyzes contact information available on your device and identifies records that appear to share repeated phone information. Review the group before merging or deleting anything.

This section highlights records that may be missing a name, a phone number, or other useful contact information. The dashboard summarizes the categories found.

No. Khadamat does not provide an undo service for permanent contact deletion. Always review the list and consider creating a local VCF backup before deleting contacts.

Khadamat can display device capacity information exposed by iOS and statistics for media the app is permitted to access. iOS does not give third-party apps unrestricted access to every app's private storage.

Please include the Khadamat feature name, your iPhone model, iOS version, and a screenshot of the error if possible. Do not send private contacts or personal photos unless they are necessary and you intentionally choose to share them.
